  • 40% of the “authorized” delegates. (90 Delegates Authorized X 0.40 = 36 Delegates present)
  • Motion to establish a quorum, Second to Motion, Majority Vote to establish quorum.

  • Reading of the Rules to be used in conducting the business of the convention
  • Motion to adopt the rules, Second to Motion, Majority Vote to adopt rules
